4. Characters

Whoopie! The main monsters, aka the Kaiju, are the main characters in the game. You can choose and control whichever one, and each has their strengths and weaknesses. Be sure to choose wisely, or poorly, whichever you choose to do at the time. Stats are based on a scale of 1 to 10, from what is based on the charts on the monster select screen. I will give a brief film history, details on the rage moves, and my thoughts on the monster.

a. Godzilla

-Japanese Name: Gojira
-Movie/Year Debuted: Godzilla: King of the Monsters (1954)
-Showa-Era Movies: Godzilla: King of the Moonsters, Godzilla Raids Again, King Kong vs. Godzilla, Godzilla vs. Mothra, Ghidorah: the Three-Headed Monster, Godzilla vs. Monster Zero, Godzilla vs. the Sea Monster, Son of Godzilla, Destroy All Monsters, Godzilla's Revenge, Godzilla vs. the Smog Monster, Godzilla vs. Gigan, Godzilla vs. Megalon, Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla, Terror of Mechagodzilla

Moves (from what they say in the manual, unless I put the proper technique names)

-A: Claw Punch
-B: Tail Swipe
-Hold A: Mega Bite
-Hold B: Seismic Stomp
-Jump and A: Horizontal Claw
-Jump and B: Diagonal Kick

Rage
-Level 1: Atomic Breath: L+R: Goji does a diagonal stream of breath at the enemy. Pretty effective.
-Level 2: Crushing Dive: Jump and A+B: Gojii jumps high. At this point, control his landing for muchos hurtos on el enemy.
-Level 3: Regeneration: A+B: This restores about a quarter of Goji's HP. This is quite effective, especially when hurting much.

RadoGoji: Judging from the shape and color of Goji's scales, this is the Goji from the Godzilla X Mechagodzilla timeline. GXMG is a movie that just recently came out in Japan. Anyway, Goji's kind of slow, but his high special stat more than makes up for it. This is a good monster to use if you like to constantly use specials that do a lot of damage.
